The purpose of this consultation:

• Provide an opportunity to answer any questions you may have about our program. It also gives us a chance to explain, step by step, the process of choosing a donor.
• Gives us the opportunity to ask questions about you and your lifestyle, as well as about qualities you may be looking for in a compatible donor. The donor will find comfort in knowing these qualities and help her identify with the intended parents. During your consultation you may certainly ask about donors you have seen on our web site.

At The Time of Consultation We Need to Have Received:

• The completed application.
• A picture of both intended parents. This photo should be relatively recent so we can more easily match you with a donor.
