- First Time Surrogate Compensation: $25,000
- Fee increases by $5,000 for each subsequent successful surrogacy up to $35,000
- Multiple Pregnancy Fee: $5,000 per baby
- Agency Fee: $19,000
- Surrogate Pre-Screening (psychological and criminal check): $750
- Cycling Fee (Per transfer): $300
- Initial Transfer Fee: ($1,000 each subsequent transfer per pregnancy): $750
- Monthly Allowance Per month while pregnant: $300/month, to cover miscellaneous expenses incurred during the month.
- Allowance increases to $350/month for multiples.
- Maternity Clothing Allowance: $500
- Out of state fee if surrogate lives out of state: $500
Other fees that will vary depending on choices of provider:
- Travel fees or mileage for surrogate to go to doctor appointments for IVF treatment.
- Legal Fees - Contract for surrogate and recipients and court Filing Fees
- Surrogate Life Insurance
- Surrogate Health Insurance-if not covered under surrogate's insurance
- (It is extremely rare that surrogacy is covered - typically additional coverage is necessary.)
- Medical Visit Co-payments
- IVF treatments, medications and prescreening costs
Other possible reimbursable expenses:
- C-Section Fee: $1,000
- Procedure Fee (D&C, amniocentesis, reduction): $500
- Childcare: variable
- Lost wages: variable
- Housekeeping costs due to medically required bed rest: variable
- Travel expenses for out of state medical appointments/transfer: variable
- These are Miracles, Inc., program guidelines. Final agreed upon figures will be stipulated in the surrogacy contract between the surrogate and the recipients through their legal representation.
- All funds are collected before surrogate begins medications and are distributed throughout the pregnancy by Miracles, Inc., as per the agreed upon contract between the surrogate and the recipients.
